How can I apply?
There’s no application needed to join The Malin. Memberships are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Memberships can be purchased online directly through our website. Otherwise, we encourage you to book a tour at your desired location to chat with a member from our team, see the space, and explore membership options. After touring the space, you can sign up for a membership directly onsite.

Can I book The Malin for a private event?
Our workspaces are available for private event bookings. You’re welcome to direct your inquiry to [email protected].
Do you have a referral program?
Yes, we are happy to encourage a self-generating membership base and offer our members incentives for referring new members. You can earn up to $1000 for each new member you refer, while the referred member will receive a complimentary month of membership.
Referrals can be made for any of The Malin’s locations and any membership type, whether Access, Dedicated Desk, or Private Office.
What are the hours of operation?
Our workspace is staffed Monday through Friday, 8am-7pm.
Do you have meeting rooms?
Yes, we offer tech-powered meeting rooms available in various sizes. To book, click Book Space at the top right corner of our website and submit your preferred location and meeting criteria accordingly.
What is the phone policy?
As a courtesy to other members working in the space and to minimize any disturbance, we ask that calls be limited to the designated phone booths where possible.
What is the guest policy?
Members are entitled to three complimentary guests per month. Members’ guests are otherwise permitted with the purchase of a Day Pass at a discounted member rate.
Do you offer printing services?
All members of The Malin are entitled to complimentary printing.
Can I receive mail?
Yes. Business address and mail handling are available upon request.
What is your animal policy?
The Malin maintains a strict no-animal policy.
How do I change or cancel my membership?
Any change or cancellation request should be directed to the General Manager and arranged 30+ days prior to the final billing period.
Do you offer food and beverage?
All locations of The Malin feature a Jura espresso machine with complimentary locally roasted coffee, tea, and sparkling water, plus a selection of complimentary snacks and fresh pastries.
