Coming Fall 2025 to 270 7th Avenue at 26th Street, The Malin Chelsea is our first space in New York designed for both work and events. The Malin Chelsea spans 20,000 square feet, offering a traditional Malin workspace in the front and a fully equipped event venue in the back. The 7th Avenue entrance leads into a street-level workspace featuring open seating, eight private offices, a boardroom, 16 dedicated desks, one boardroom, and three additional meeting rooms. A kitchen and 16 phone booths round out the work side of the floor plan.
