There’s no application needed to join The Malin. Memberships are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Memberships can be purchased online directly through our website. Otherwise, we encourage you to book a tour at your desired location to chat with a member from our team, see the space, and explore membership options. After touring the space, you can sign up for a membership directly onsite.

Yes, we are happy to encourage a self-generating membership base and offer our members incentives for referring new members. You can earn up to $1000 for each new member you refer, while the referred member will receive a complimentary month of membership.
Referrals can be made for any of The Malin’s locations and any membership type, whether Access, Dedicated Desk, or Private Office.
Any change or cancellation request should be directed to the General Manager and arranged 30+ days prior to the final billing period.
Our workspace is staffed Monday through Friday, 8am-7pm.

As a courtesy to other members working in the space and to minimize any disturbance, we ask that calls be limited to the designated phone booths where possible.
Members are entitled to three complimentary guests per month. Members’ guests are otherwise permitted with the purchase of a Day Pass at a discounted member rate.
Members and guests are welcome to take informal photos and videos for personal use. Photography or filming of other members, guests, or Malin team members without their consent is not permitted. Commercial photography or videography—including production, promotional, or marketing purposes—is strictly prohibited without prior written approval from management. Unauthorized photography, videography, or filming without consent may result in penalties, including suspension of membership privileges and legal action.
The Malin maintains a strict no-animal policy.
All locations of The Malin feature a Jura espresso machine with complimentary locally roasted coffee, tea, and sparkling water, plus a selection of complimentary snacks and fresh pastries.
All members of The Malin are entitled to complimentary printing.
